PIQ Products

PIQ Products

From intelligence to action

Pharos connects structured diagnosis, intelligent design, and practical execution so that insight leads to implemented change.

How the products can be commissioned

PIQ products may be commissioned individually or used together as a connected journey. An organisation does not have to begin with the PIQ Diagnostic Assessment. The appropriate starting point is agreed according to the organisation's requirement, the information and evidence already available, and the work Pharos is being asked to undertake.

Where the existing information does not provide a sound basis for design or delivery, Pharos may recommend diagnostic work before proceeding.

Diagnose

PIQ Diagnostic Assessment

What Pharos does

A structured, evidence-led evaluation of how the organisation operates and performs, including material constraints, inefficiencies, capability gaps and opportunities.

What it creates

A PIQ Diagnostic Report and Executive Summary bringing together the organisation's assessed operating position, material constraints, opportunities, enterprise implications and leadership priorities. It gives leaders a clear, evidence-led basis for deciding what requires attention first, the appropriate response and what should happen next.

Design

PIQ Strategic Blueprint

What Pharos does

Approved evidence and the agreed requirement are translated into the required future position, transformation priorities, defined initiatives and a realistic roadmap.

What it creates

A PIQ Strategic Blueprint defining the required future position and translating approved priorities into sequenced initiatives, ownership, dependencies, governance, expected benefits and a practical mobilisation route. It gives the organisation an executable plan showing what needs to change, why it matters, how the work connects and how delivery should begin.

Relationship between Blueprint and Delivery

An organisation may commission the PIQ Strategic Blueprint without first commissioning the PIQ Diagnostic Assessment where the requirement and supporting evidence provide an appropriate basis for design. It may also commission Delivery and Transformation for an already defined and approved change requirement. Each engagement remains subject to its own scope, authority and evidence requirements.

Deliver

Delivery and Transformation

What Pharos does

Pharos works alongside the organisation to implement approved transformation workstreams, resolve barriers and maintain disciplined execution.

What it creates

Pharos works alongside the organisation to deliver approved transformation workstreams, with clear ownership, governance and disciplined delivery control. This creates implemented change connected to clear outcomes, helping resolve barriers, maintain momentum and ensure the work moves beyond recommendation into practical execution.

Develop

Annual Strategic Partnership

What Pharos does

A continuing strategic relationship providing executive challenge, strategic alignment, roadmap oversight and transformation assurance.

What it creates

An Annual Strategic Partnership keeps Pharos actively involved alongside the leadership team. Pharos challenges key decisions, maintains strategic alignment and helps resolve emerging barriers. Through that involvement, Pharos leads the continued strategic development of the business, guiding you forward and illuminating what's next as your business, its markets and the wider landscape evolve.

Standalone use

The Annual Strategic Partnership may be commissioned as a standalone relationship. It does not require the organisation to have completed the PIQ Diagnostic Assessment, PIQ Strategic Blueprint or Delivery and Transformation with Pharos.

Reassess

PIQ Reassessment

What Pharos does

PIQ Reassessment can compare the organisation's current position with an earlier controlled baseline, showing material progress, remaining constraints and the next evidence-led decision.

What it creates

A PIQ Reassessment comparing the organisation's current position with its earlier controlled baseline and showing material progress, remaining constraints and the next evidence-led decision. It gives leadership objective evidence of what has changed, where further attention is required and how priorities should now be adjusted.

Each PIQ product provides a defined client outcome and is commissioned through its own controlled scope. Products may be commissioned individually or combined. Where more than one product is used, progression is based on the organisation's needs, evidence and decisions; it is not assumed at the start.

Progression is not automatic. The client approves scope, authority and investment at every gate; Pharos support is matched to the response required.

Frequently asked questions

Are PIQ products required to be commissioned in order?

No. The products form a connected journey, but they may also be commissioned individually. The appropriate starting point is agreed according to the organisation's requirement, the information and evidence already available and the work Pharos is being asked to undertake.

Does every engagement begin with a PIQ Diagnostic Assessment?

No. Where the requirement is already defined and the available information provides an appropriate basis, an organisation may begin with the PIQ Strategic Blueprint, Delivery and Transformation, or the Annual Strategic Partnership. Pharos may recommend diagnostic work where a reliable basis for design or delivery has not yet been established.

Can Pharos design and implement a defined requirement without a Diagnostic?

Yes. Where the requirement and supporting evidence provide an appropriate basis, Pharos can scope the PIQ Strategic Blueprint, Delivery and Transformation, or both. Pharos will confirm the evidence, authority and governance required before work begins.

Can an organisation engage Pharos only for continuing strategic challenge?

Yes. The Annual Strategic Partnership may be commissioned as a standalone relationship providing executive challenge, strategic alignment, roadmap oversight and transformation assurance.

Does a Diagnostic automatically lead to a Blueprint?

No. The Diagnostic produces an evidence-led client decision. A Blueprint is separately scoped and is selected only where the approved findings require integrated design.

What does PIQ Reassessment require?

PIQ Reassessment requires an earlier controlled baseline against which the organisation's current position can be compared.

Who reviews the PIQ Diagnostic Assessment?

The PIQ Diagnostic Assessment is reviewed by a person independent of the assessor before the controlled output is released.
