Josh brings extensive operating, commercial, and business-transformation experience across founder-led businesses and infrastructure organisations. He has led organisations through significant expansion, mobilised complex multi-team operations, and held responsibility for strategy, commercial performance, operational delivery, and organisational improvement.
His track record includes holding leadership responsibility during revenue growth exceeding £32.4 million. This experience enables him to identify the practical constraints behind performance, challenge assumptions, and translate analysis into executable action.
